What are the actual Impact Elements of Action?

I've been really getting into the Impact movies lately... they just so rarely disappoint. And I kind of like the whole 'elements of action' thing they have in the beginning, but since I like to use that to sort of gauge whether or not I'm going to be interested in the movie, I find myself wondering just how functional they are. Does Impact just make them up as they go along, or is there a set list of these things? Does anyone actually know what they all are? There isn't an Impact website that lists them, so I would have to write them down, but again, I don't know whether or not they're just making them up with each new movie.
