I cut my vaginal lips while shaving. help!?

when i was shaving the other day i cut my vaginal lips & it hurt really bad. i'm on 13, so i don't want to tell anybody. but it hurts when i pee and i've been putting vaseline on it, and it helps a little bit, but not really. underwear irritates it, and it itches really bad. i don't what to do to help it heal & i really need help because the burning and itching is terrible.
